Is there a restriction on the number of requests I can make?

After subscribing, you have the capability to queue an unlimited number of design requests, and they will be dispatched in sequential order.

What is the turnaround time for the delivery of my designs?

As a general rule, the majority of requests are typically fulfilled within a span of two days or less. Nonetheless, it's important to note that more intricate requests may necessitate additional time for completion.

Who will be creating designs for my business?

It may come as a surprise, but Satomic Design operates as a solo agency. This entails a direct collaboration with myself, Tomie Sato the founder of Satomic Design. Nevertheless, specialised requests may be facilitated through our network of partner designers.

What happens if I pause my subscription?

Satomic Design acknowledges that you may not always have a full month's worth of design work. You might only have one or two requests at a given time. This is where the option to pause your subscription proves valuable. Our Month-to-Month plan operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and actively use the service for 21 days, then choose to pause your subscription, you'll then have 10 days of service remaining, available for use at your convenience in the future. What software are the designs created with?

Most requests are designed with Adobe Creative Suite. Such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma. However, designs can be created with the usage in mind such as slide deck inside of PowerPoint.

How do I send in requests?

Satomic Design provides a high degree of flexibility in the process of requesting designs, whether through Trello or by integrating with your established methods. Clients commonly request designs directly via Trello, share Google documents or wireframes, or even provide a brief through a recorded video for those who prefer a non-written format. Essentially, any content that can be linked or shared within Trello is considered suitable for the process.

What if I am dissatisfied with the outcome?

If you're dissatisfied with the design, we have a revision process in place. You can provide specific feedback, and we'll work closely with you to make the necessary adjustments until you're pleased with the final result.

Is there any design works that you may not cover?

Although Satomic Design can cover a range of design works but there may be some limitations such as complex CAD drafting and 3D animations. But feel free to send in the request and Satomic Design will let you know if the design request can be proceeded!

What if I only have one design request?

Understood. Once you've completed your current design requirements, you have the option to pause your subscription. You can then reactivate it when you have further design needs. This way, you won't miss out on any unused portion of your subscription.

Can refunds be issued?

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for design services, as there is a significant commitment involved in the creation process. However, you may ask for unlimited revisions until you're happy!
